Over the last 20+ years I have worked with business visionaries to bring their plans and dreams to reality.
My work has included substantial process design and development, including Projects, creating PMO organizations, SOX implementations, and ISO development operations
Earlier work in sales, marketing, customer service, and software development has given me a broad appreciation for all of the aspects needed for a successful product, or project.
Key items include:
• Experience at focusing technology, tools, and teams to create tactics and strategies that successfully accomplish business goals. Detail work has created business strategies needed for successful Projects, software development, installation, recruiting, training, marketing, sales, and customer relationships.
• Experienced using data management and data mart tools to achieve business solutions. Experienced in using MS Project, IBM Rational, Compass, RUP, NIKU, CMMI, and other project management and software and system development methodologies.
• Experienced as a technical Project Manager. Noted for technical management, team building, personnel retention, mentoring, and staff development. Created and implemented EPM (Enterprise Project Management) group with a charter from the CEO to investigate and develop new business products and processes.
• Created the Project Management Organization (PMO) for Ameriquest Mortgage Companies, and managed staffing for the matrix organization.
• Developed and implemented SOX SDLC and CC in the organization, including sign offs from both internal and external auditors. Responsible for continuous improvement and development, such as SOX audits, ISO 9003 audits, and CMMI process improvements.
• Current knowledge of banking and mortgage architectures, technologies, and methods.
• Experienced with Loan Origination, Loan Processing, Loan Servicing, and Portfolio Management systems.
